Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Evening Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Dairy Queen location in. This role is vital in ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction during evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during the evening shift to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Train new team members and support ongoing staff development.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Collaborate with management to meet sales targets and operational goals.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial principles.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with equipment maintenance is advantageous.
