Operations Coordinator – Early Learning

About the Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others, solving problems, and helping multiple child care centres operate at their highest standard.
Working alongside the Operations Manager, you'll provide operational support to Centre Managers, ensure licensing and quality standards are maintained, and build positive relationships with educators and families. This position requires regular travel between centres throughout the Fraser Valley.

Required Qualifications
- Valid BC Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate
- Valid BC Driver's Licence and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel between multiple centre locations

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Operations Manager to support the daily operations of multiple child care centres.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to Centre Managers.
- Conduct regular centre visits to ensure operational expectations and quality standards are consistently met.
- Monitor compliance with licensing regulations, Fraser Health requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
- Complete quality assurance reviews and help implement continuous improvements.
- Review payroll for accuracy before processing.
- Follow up on operational concerns and assist with developing solutions.
- Support families by addressing parent concerns and participating in meetings when required.
- Coordinate supply orders and monitor inventory across all locations.
- Provide classroom support when necessary, including covering breaks or assisting with staffing needs.
- Assist with licensing documentation, inspections, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive culture throughout all centres.
