Overview
We are looking for an experience Heavy Duty Off-Road Mechanic to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain off‑road heavy equipment (rock trucks, packers, loaders, dozers, excavators, etc.)
- Field service and shop repairs.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, engine, and drivetrain systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and complete detailed service reports
- Respond to field service calls as required
- Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and safety compliance
- Communicate repair needs, timelines, and parts requirements with supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and industry standards
Qualifications
- Experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic
- Strong experience with off‑road heavy equipment repairs
- Proficient with hydraulic, electrical, and engine diagnostics
- Ability to work independently and outdoors in varying conditions
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence (Class 1 or 3 an asset)
- Field service experience is an asset
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skill

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
