Responsibilities:
- Build machine-ready production files: vehicle wraps, cut vinyl, boat graphics, thermal foil designs
- Vector work, layer separation by colour, contour cut lines, PDF output to RIP
- Colour matching against printed Pantone standards
- Customer proofs and approvals; file naming and archiving to shop standard
- Complete the paid in-house training academy (design and production floor)
Qualifications:
- Graphic design or production art experience; vector software skills an asset (we train on Xara and Gerber Composer)
- Detail-driven, organized, positive team attitude
Pay: $20–$26/hr to start — tied to certified skill level with documented advancement. Performance bonus
program available after one year of service.
