Here to Help Home Care Services is a private, family-funded home care company serving York Region. We are URGENTLY hiring for PSWs and Nursing Students who have availability to work IMMEDIATELY in these locations and want to be part of a fast-growing team of exceptional Caregivers, helping our clients remain safe and healthy in their own homes.
What you will do:
- Provide 1:1 care to clients throughout York Region & areas
- Follow the care plan to provide ADLs and IADLs
- Provide flexible availability to meet scheduling needs
- Ensure clients the best experience possible
Qualifications:
- Ontario PSW certificate or Nursing School Verification is required, or equivalent experience may be considered
- Negative TB test result within the last 12 months
- Police Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 12 months
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE CAR TO DRIVE TO CLIENT LOCATIONS ACROSS WIDE AREAS
- Smart phone with data and willingness to adopt app-based client care
- Two professional, supervisory healthcare references
- Ability to work effectively, reliably and independently
