The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative and legal support to one or more personal injury lawyers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage lawyers' calendars, appointments, deadlines, and court dates.
- Open, organize, and maintain electronic and physical client files.
- Draft and prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Request and organize medical records, employment records, and other supporting documentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, experts, and counsel.
- Schedule questionings, mediations, independent medical examinations, and trials.
- Monitor limitation periods and ensure all deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Legal Assistant diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of legal assistant experience, preferably in personal injury litigation.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
