We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques tailored to client conditions
- Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records for each client
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices to enhance results
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients at all times
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up appointments efficiently
- Uphold all licensing, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in the state or region of practice
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and health conditions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Strong communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client concerns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Prior experience is an asset, not required. New Grads are welcome
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to industry standards
Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
