We are looking for an Experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Ottawa (Rockland or Orleans office).

Responsibilities:
- Manage large portfolio of clients ensuring client success and retention
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns by phone and email of an existing book of business
- Thorough policy reviews and renewal conversations to ensure client is realizing their best options
- Accurate and timely workflow completion while ensuring client confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years industry related experience
- Licensed designation required (RIBO)
- Good knowledge of insurance carrier products, services and systems
- Good knowledge Applied EPIC, Policy Works and Microsoft suite of products
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Customer focused and service oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - French and English an asset
