Job description:
Our client is a leader in grocery retail and pharmacy.
We are looking for: Senior Coordinator, Transportation
Hourly pay: $23.00 per hour
12 Hour Continental Shift Day Shifts
8:00am - 8:00pm
Key responsibilities:
- Handle Gate activity for inbound and outbound traffic, enter all relevant information into systems and direct traffic to their destination
- Review a Driver’s day and submit requests for any changes in the system that are required
- Print all paperwork from JDA associated with routes where required
- Data preparation for required reports
- Contact vendor services for commercial invoices related to claims
- File all paperwork
- Issue PO’s as required
Skills required:
- 1-2 years of related work experience in the transportation industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Must have the ability to multitask, make decisions, and problem solving
- Strong organization skills would be an asset
- Proficient computer skills
