Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Community Relations Manager (CRM) to lead occupancy growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly personable, and has a strong background in sales, community outreach, and relationship building.
You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting tours, converting prospects into residents, and building partnerships with healthcare providers and the local community. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential for candidates who excel in sales and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all inquiries, tours, and follow-ups to drive move-ins
- Conduct engaging and personalized tours of the residence
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Hospitals
- Ontario Health atHome (LHIN)
- Community organizations
- Local businesses
- Develop and execute outreach and marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activity (CRM tracking)
- Collaborate with the GM/DOC and Head Office on occupancy strategy
- Participate in and support community events and open houses
- Ensure a strong resident and family experience from first contact to move-in
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retirement home, healthcare, or senior living sales preferred
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to convert leads into move-ins
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM systems is an asset
