We are seeking detail-oriented and skilled assemblers to join our team at our Utopia manufacturing plant.
Day Shift: Monday to Friday (7:00am to 3:30pm--8 hours)
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday (4:00pm to 2:30am--10 hours) 10% shift premium
Fixed shifts: NO rotation
Duties:
- Set up of precut material on assembly table and placing metal connector plates on joint according to design provided
- Use of hammer in addition to air powered stapler
- Ability to read tape measure combined with basic reading and math
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (kneel, crouch, bend, stand) for extended periods.
- Carpentry experience a definite asset
