Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and personable New Homes Sales Assistant to join our real estate team. This role involves supporting the sales process for new home developments, engaging with prospective buyers, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, a passion for New Homes, and a general understanding of the New Home market.
Duties
- Greet prospective homebuyers and provide detailed information about available properties and community features
- Assist in conducting property tours and open house events, showcasing new homes to potential buyers
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, maintaining client records, managing appointments, and weekly reporting
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing personalized service and follow-up communication
- Provide ongoing customer service support throughout the sales process, addressing questions or concerns from prospective buyers
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear and professional interaction
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and administrative tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to real estate or property development is a plus
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
Pay: $24.00 per hour
