Stetson Hinton GM is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant with Reception Duties to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to the Controller while assisting other departments as needed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Process Account Receivables/ Account Payables.
- Assist with invoice processing, inventory tracking, payroll and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Support dealership staff with clerical tasks and project coordination.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
