Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and outgoing Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This role is full-time and temporary, offering the opportunity to support our daily operations while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule customer appointments accurately, managing both in-person and online booking systems.
- Coordinate appointments with service team to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service.
- Provide part-time shuttle driving support when required.
- Maintain a team-oriented, positive attitude and assist colleagues as needed.

- Strong communication skills and outgoing personality.
- Ability to manage schedules efficiently without double-booking.
- Valid drivers license.
