Reyna is a Mediterranean tapas and cocktail bar known for vibrant energy, thoughtful hospitality, and a team that genuinely loves what they do. We're looking for an experienced bartender who brings both skill and personality to the bar — someone who can read a room, craft a great drink, and make every guest feel like a regular.
What You'll Do
- Deliver warm, attentive service that reflects the Reyna experience
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of our cocktail program and menu, and make confident recommendations
- Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment without sacrificing the guest experience
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with speed and care
- Build longstanding guest relationships with guests
- Collaborate with a tight-knit FOH team to keep service seamless
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of cocktail bartending experience in a high-volume setting
- Smart Serve certification (required)
- An outgoing, guest-first attitude
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Reliable and ready to start ASAP
