We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our mobile phone store team.
No experience? No problem — we provide training.
What matters most is your attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
- Help customers choose smartphones, accessories, and plans
- Explain products in a simple and confident way
- Process sales using our POS system
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
- Learn about new phone models and features
- Support customers after purchase when needed
- Assist with basic phone checks or repairs if trained
- Assist with handling larger customer orders and repeat business clients
- Help prepare and organize outgoing orders and shipments
- Support with product listings, updates, and basic computer tasks (Data entry)
- Learn advanced sales processes as you grow in the role
- Opportunity to take on more responsibility over time
