We are seeking a passionate and professional Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty treatments, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. Duties
- Perform a wide range of skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions with professionalism and attention to detail
- Provide expert makeup application tailored to client preferences for special occasions or daily wear
- Assist guests at the front desk with check-in, scheduling appointments, and providing information about services and products
- Offer retail product recommendations and demos to enhance client results and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare lines, makeup products, or other beauty solutions
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional treatments or retail items that benefit the client’s beauty goals
- Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge to provide expert advice
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs
- Excellent communication skills for effective consultation, treatment explanation, and retail recommendations
- Knowledge of sanitation standards to uphold health regulations within the spa or salon environment
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Proficiency in front desk operations including booking appointments and guest management
- Skilled in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, hair styling (nice-to-have), and hospitality services
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during treatments and guest interactions
- Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor that promotes guest comfort and loyalty
