We are seeking a Skilled Carpenter to join our team at Brihar Construct. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong carpentry skills, the ability to work independently and as a team, and have a solid understanding of the construction process.
Key Responsibilites:
- Operate and maintain a variety of power tools and equipment with confidence and care
- Lead Daily operations on job sites, ensuring adherence to company guidelines, safety protocols, and product specifications.
- Provide Training, mentorship, and support team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Communicate Effectively with Clients and management, providing updates and addressing issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve on-site challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong carpentry background with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Comfortable using construction management software and digital tools
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both co-workers and clients
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and great attention to detail.
- Valid Drivers License

- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings and hardware.
Certificates, licences, and etc:
- PPE Training (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Working at Heights Training
- Fall Arrest Protection Training
