Position
Full-time Controller
Compensation
$110,000 - $120,000 annual salary
Responsibilities
- Set up treasury controls, payment approvals, and disbursement workflows.
- Build and oversee accounting and financial reporting for North American and Philippine operations.
- Build and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.
- Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
- Handle Canadian corporate tax filings and work with tax advisors on planning.
- Improve accounting systems, automation, and processes as the company scales.
- Supervise and mentor one direct report: Bookkeeper, CPA.
Qualifications
- CPA required
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable learning new tools and adapting to a fast-paced business environment.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and problem solver
