- Advise C-suite and senior executives on digital strategy, innovation roadmaps and transformation at scale
- Lead end-to-end transformation programs spanning operations, technology and business models

- Mentor client and internal teams, shaping next-generation digital capabilities and leadership

Summary of certifications and job requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business or a related field
- At least 15 or more years of relevant experience, including subject matter and domain expertise roles in consulting, digital transformation, technology strategy, innovation, human-centered design and operational improvement within asset-intensive industries
- Solid experience in mining, energy or industrial sectors, including significant exposure to digital transformation
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex transformation programs with tangible business impact
- Deep understanding of industrial operations (e.g., mining, processing, asset management) and enabling technologies (data, AI, automation, OT/IT integration, telecommunications, networks)
- Recognized expertise in digital technologies such as data platforms, AI, automation and connected operations
- Experience in consulting, advisory or senior industry leadership roles within industry
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence board members and C-suite leaders
- Pragmatic, value-driven mindset, focused on outcomes rather than technology alone
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value for senior executives and multidisciplinary teams
- Asset: MBA, advanced degree, professional designation or relevant certifications

- Annual base salary from $128,000 to $195,000+
