- Handle pets safely and gently, ensuring a stress-free experience during grooming sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools, stations, and work areas to uphold health standards
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand specific grooming requests and provide after-care advice
- Assist with heavy lifting of pets or equipment as needed, ensuring safety at all times
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with pet owners
