General Labourer – Pool Season
Bask Outdoor Leisure is seeking a reliable, hardworking General Labourer to assist our lead technician with residential and commercial closing and weekly maintenance for the balance of this pool season. This is a 3-month position, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being outdoors.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the closing and maintenance of swimming pools
- Carry, load, and unload pool equipment and supplies
- Follow instructions from the lead technician
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Travel to various job sites with the crew
What We’re Looking For:
- Outdoor Preference: Comfortable working in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.) and staying active throughout the shift.
- Pool service experience is an asset, but a general hands on knowledge and desire to learn is important.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 80lbs and perform manual labour tasks such as moving equipment and covers.
- Candidates should also have excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- We expect members of our team to be punctual and ready to go for the day. We provide work vehicles , so a full and valid G license is mandatory as well as a clean driving record.

Position Details:
- Seasonal role (approx. 3 months – Aug-October)
- Full-time hours (Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays)
- Outdoor, hands-on work with a supportive crew
