Harbour Health Collective is a brand-new multidisciplinary health centre opening in Musquodoboit Harbour, and we are looking for Registered Massage Therapists to join our founding team.
Located directly on Highway #7, approximately 20 minutes from Dartmouth, our clinic has been designed to bring exceptional, collaborative healthcare to the growing Eastern Shore community.
We are looking for RMTs who are passionate about providing excellent client care and want to build their practice within a professional, supportive and genuinely collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide safe, effective and professional massage therapy treatments
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and treatment notes
- Educate clients regarding treatment plans, home care and wellness strategies
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners and make appropriate referrals when beneficial to client care
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional treatment environment
- Maintain all required professional registration, insurance and continuing education
- Contribute to a positive, respectful and collaborative clinic culture
What We're Looking For:
- Registered Massage Therapist eligible to practise in Nova Scotia
- Registration in good standing with an accepted professional association
- Current professional liability insurance
- Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable and organized
- Commitment to exceptional client care
- Ability to work independently while also being part of a multidisciplinary team
