Chow Tai Fook Oakridge Park is looking for an Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and seamless communication in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities(Administrative Support)
- Provide general administrative support to the office and management team and sales team
- Assist with daily operatrional tasks to support smooth store operations
- Assist the sales team during busy periods to ensure smooth customer service
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to management
- Build and maintain strong product knowledge across all jewelry categories
- Collaborate with the sales team to stay updated on popular items and customer demand
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails , redirecting inquiries to appropriate team members
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and internal communications
- Maintain accurate filing systems for both physcial and digital documents
- Support inventory-related documentation and basic operational tracking
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal arrangements
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks when required (onboarding documents, data entry, internal records)
- Use Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for document creation, data management, and team communication.
- Collaborate closely with store leadership to support daily business needs
- Ensure the office room and storage areas are organized, secure, and compliant with compnay standards.
Key Responsibilities (Bookkeeping / Accounting Support )Preferred, Not required
- Support invocie, recepit, or expense tracking
- Assist with basic bookkeeping or financial data entry when needed
- Assist with documentation related to accounting processes
- Experience with Quickbooks or similar systems in an asset, but not mandatory
Requirements:
- Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast- paced retail environment
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus, but not required
Nice to have
- Reatil or store- besed administrative experience
- Experience supporting sales or operations teams
- Bilingual (English/ Chinese) is an asset
