Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in hospitality, and the ability to manage a diverse team. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of service, managing budgets, and fostering a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance communication with our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Lead and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
- Manage guest relations, addressing inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Implement and monitor hotel policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and quality assurance
- Coordinate staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to meet financial goals
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and health standards across the property
- Collaborate with human resources on hiring, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
- Maintain effective phone etiquette and communication channels with guests and staff
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and guest satisfaction
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Proficiency in hotel operations including front desk management and guest services
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and resource planning
- Exceptional communication skills; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are preferred
- Familiarity with human resources practices within hospitality settings
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance with excellent phone etiquette
- Previous hotel experience is highly desirable for this role

Pay: $32,606.09-$119,842.19 per year
