We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sewing Instructor to lead engaging sewing classes for children and adults. The ideal candidate will have a background in sewing and fashion industry.
Duties
- Deliver sewing lessons tailored to various skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
- Demonstrate sewing techniques, including hand stitching, machine operation, and pattern making.
- Create a welcoming classroom environment that encourages creativity, patience, and confidence.
- Assist students with project planning, fabric selection, and troubleshooting sewing issues.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities involving sewing machines and tools.
- Support students’ individual learning goals through personalized guidance and feedback.
- Engage with parents or guardians as needed to communicate student progress and class updates.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
