Job Overview
Seeking night hawk to join our team immediately until - Sept 6th.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for circulating through the campground between 9:30 p.m and 2 a.m. insuring the buildings are secure and campground rules, including quiet hours, are observed. This is a job for respectful and helpful people, who can educate guests and file reporting documents manually. This role requires time management skills, effective communication, and a commitment to providing calm and rational customer service.
Duties
- Perform routine rounds of the camp and various buildings throughout your shift, ensuring gates and buildings are locked and tidying up as necessary.
- Walk distances within the property.
- On site transportation is supplied.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and responsive to guest and management requests.
- Adhere to safety protocols .
Skills
- Proficient communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus.
- Conflict resolution training is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
