This position offers exposure to a wide range of building maintenance, repair, and installation projects.
Our work is primarily performed in strata and multi-unit residential buildings throughout the Tri-Cities, Burnaby, New Westminster, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repair commercial and residential plumbing systems
- Install, service, and maintain gas systems and equipment
- Perform drain cleaning and troubleshooting
- Complete boiler, hot water system, and heat pump installations and repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
- Troubleshoot building mechanical systems
- Respond to service calls and emergency repairs as required
- Deliver exceptional client service
- Communicate professionally with building managers, property managers, concierges, and residents
- Prepare clear service documentation and recommendations
- Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations
Qualifications
- Red Seal Journeyperson Plumber Certification
- Gas B Certification
- Backflow Prevention Certification
- Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working in commercial and multi-unit residential buildings
- Gas A Certification is an asset but not necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
