We're Hiring: Dual Role – Spa supervisor & Esthetician
Are you a licensed Esthetician with leadership experience or aspirations? We're looking for a passionate professional ready to take on a dual role at our serene, client-focused spa.
Duties
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations
- Manage scheduling, client relations, and inventory
- Lead and support a team of massage therapists and front desk staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer care
- Collaborate on marketing, promotions, and service development
Therapist Duties:
- Perform high-quality treatment
- Build strong client relationships and treatment plans
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards
- Recommend products and services to clients
- Manage scheduling, client relations, and inventory
- Lead and support a team of massage therapists and front desk staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer care
- Collaborate on marketing, promotions, and service development
Requirements
- Licensed Therapist (Required)
- Previous spa or wellness management experience (Preferred)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passionate about wellness and delivering outstanding customer service

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
