Milestones Grill & Bar is looking for experienced Kitchen Supervisors for our ‘Sussex’ location! We’re looking for individuals who take pride in the dishes they prepare and the team that works beside them. Natural leadership, reliable and a keen eye for details are essential for the role. A Kitchen Supervisor’s responsibilities include:
● Provide leadership to achieve operations standards
● Run the kitchen, role model standards, and operating practices
● Ensures food quality is at the highest standards and follows Milestone’s established food quality and plating specifications
● Teamwork with all departments to ensure a great guest experience
● Follows established procedures
● Work with fellow Chefs on menu execution and improving systems and standards
● Leading a workforce of over 20 teammates, including recruitment, training and development
● Manages labour efficiencies in the kitchen
● Takes pride in our food program
