Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time.
Salary: $30.00 - 40.00 per hour plus benefits and holiday pay

Requirements:
- 3-5 year experience in wall cladding and standing seam installation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise and work with other employees
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as required
- Drivers license an asset but must be able to get to and from job sites
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installing various exterior #metal panel, phenolic, cementitious, #wall systems and standing seam metal roofing, inclusive of membrane, insulation thermal clips and #flashings
- Use power tools, and hand tools to cut, bend, shape, and finish #sheet metal roofing, #cladding panels, and flashing.
- Ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
- Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
- Completing paperwork and documentation related to job tasks. This will include safety paperwork and QA/QC forms
- Other duties as required.
