Crane Services Limited is hiring commercial roofers to join our growing team in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
We specialize in commercial roofing systems built for Newfoundland’s harsh climate, including roof repairs, maintenance, and retrofit work. We are looking for dependable, hard-working team members who take pride in doing quality work, working safely, and being part of a strong crew.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, repair, and replace commercial roofing systems
- Work with systems such as TPO, EPDM, and other flat roofing assemblies
- Assist with tear-offs, roof preparation, insulation installation, membrane installation, flashing, and detail work
- Follow manufacturer specifications and company quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial roofing preferred but no required
- Experience with TPO, EPDM, or other flat roofing systems is an asset
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
- Flexibility in schedule as work is weather dependent
- Comfortable working at heights
- Valid fall protection and safety training is an asset
- Driver’s license is an asset
- Willingness to travel for some projects if required (not common)
