Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 Truck Driver with super B or winch experience to join our transportation team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating heavy-duty trucks to transport freight across various locations. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism, ensuring timely delivery of goods while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
Candidates with heavy equipment handling are highly valued to support operational needs and vehicle maintenance.
Duties
- Safely operate Class 1 trucks for the transportation of freight over short and long distances.
- Ensure all freight is secured properly before transit to prevent damage or accidents.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking brakes, tires, and fluid levels.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations.
- Assist with basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting minor mechanical issues to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and infield personnel regarding delivery schedules and cargo status.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Clean commercial drivers abstract. valid safety tickets ( H2S, first aid, CSO.)
- Must be able to pass drug test.
- Proven experience in commercial driving, especially with freight transportation.
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy vehicle operation and freight handling.
- Excellent driving record with no major violations or accidents.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently in various environments.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
