- Assess clients' conditions and medical histories to determine appropriate massage techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the session
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress
Skills:
- Proficient in medical terminology related to massage therapy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to listen attentively to clients' concerns and adapt treatments accordingly
- Knowledge of different massage techniques and their benefits
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
