Expected Hours: 15–25 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible part-time hours. Evening and weekend availability is an asset.

About the Position
We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Electronics Repair Technician to join our growing repair team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, solving problems, and learning practical technical skills.
You'll gain hands-on experience repairing customer devices while learning from experienced technicians. Performance-based advancement includes opportunities to learn advanced diagnostics, board-level repair, microsoldering, and progression toward a Senior Technician role.
Responsibilities
- Perform smartphone and tablet screen replacements
- Replace batteries and charging ports
- Assist with small component repairs and device servicing
- Answer customer calls and respond to repair inquiries
- Contact customers with repair updates
- Assist customers at the service counter
- Process sales transactions
- Recommend accessories
- Maintain repair documentation
- Follow Nanoshop quality standards
- Maintain a professional appearance through appropriate grooming, good personal hygiene, and a clean, organized workspace.

Assets
- Smartphone, tablet, laptop or console repair experience
