Your Role:
- Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on trucks and heavy equipment
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups, and lubrication
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs, electrical & mechanical
- Identify and resolve issues during preventive maintenance
- Mentor apprentices and support their development
What We Are Looking For:
- Licensed journeyman heavy duty mechanic, apprentice, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of powertrains, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and after-treatment systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own your tools and follow safe, clean work practices
- Detail-oriented with the ability to complete work orders efficiently
Work Environment:
- Indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Exposure to dust, grease, chemicals, and loud noise
