Duties
- Lead Reformer Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety.
- Develop and modify class routines to accommodate individual needs and fitness levels.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure participants understand exercises.
- Monitor client progress and offer personalized feedback to enhance their practice.
- Foster a welcoming, motivating atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment before and after classes.
- Promote studio memberships, workshops, and special events to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest Pilates techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education.
Skills
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proven experience in teaching Reformer Pilates or similar fitness disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Effective time management skills to run classes smoothly within scheduled times.
