Responsibilities
- Perform sanding, grinding, and surface preparation on products
- Complete repairs, touch-ups, and finishing work
- Inspect products for quality issues and defects
- Use hand tools and power tools safely
- Assist with assembly and production tasks
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete other general labour duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labour
- Experience with sanding, repair, finishing, or fabrication is an asset
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to perform physical work and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
