Duties
- Assist with product demonstrations and merchandising efforts to promote offerings effectively
- Support retail sales activities, including cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Engage with customers using excellent communication skills, providing information and answering inquiries
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals
- Manage POS systems efficiently during transactions
- Maintain organized displays and ensure the cleanliness of the sales area
- Provide outstanding customer service by demonstrating professionalism, phone etiquette, and attentiveness
- Support event setups, promotional activities, or outreach initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve organizational objectives
Requirements
- (English required) are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional phone etiquette
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Experience or interest in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt quickly to new challenges
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and engage positively with diverse audiences
- Previous experience with POS systems or cashiering is advantageous but not mandatory
- A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning new skills and contributing to community initiatives
