Marketing Delivery & Operations Specialist
We’re seeking an execution‑driven Marketing Delivery and Operations Specialist to provide day‑to‑day delivery leadership within the product marketing team.
This role works closely with Product Marketing Specialists and Managers from intake through execution, owning timelines, task and approval tracking, and delivery risk. You remain hands‑on throughout execution—monitoring progress, adjusting plans, escalating issues when needed, and driving work to completion in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong marketing fundamentals and a disciplined, detail‑oriented approach to delivery, with comfort enforcing process, maintaining visibility, and holding workstreams accountable. The role also includes quality assurance to ensure campaign deliverables are accurate and launch‑ready, along with occasional support on tactical marketing tasks to keep initiatives moving.
Campaign delivery leadership

Provide embedded delivery leadership alongside program owners, partnering with Product Marketing Specialists and Managers across active campaigns

Participate in intake and planning discussions to pressure-test scope, dependencies and timelines, ensuring delivery plans are realistic and executable

Remain continuously engaged through execution to ensure agreed plans are carried through to launch
Active, day-to-day delivery management

Develop and own detailed workback schedules, task assignments and approval workflows in Asana, ensuring accurate and timely updates

Actively drive progress by following up on tasks, deliverables and approvals, to maintain momentum, to keep stakeholders informed and accountable

Monitor execution in real-time, adjusting timelines, sequencing, and dependencies as needed

Identify and escalate delivery risks, delays, or blockers with clear context and recommend actions

As needed, provide support to update marketing materials and ensure timely delivery
Workflow discipline and coordination

Enforce consistent use of established workflows, review steps and governance processes

Participate in and act as central coordination point across internal stakeholder teams including compliance, legal, and product, moving reviews and approvals forward

Proactively resolve bottlenecks and unblock execution while ensuring accountability remains with appropriate owners
Quality assurance and launch readiness

Perform quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns and assets are accurate, complete, and compliant

Conduct website audit reviews to verify content accuracy and confirm that site structure is optimized for usability and content assimilation

Own launch readiness by confirming approvals, assets, and timelines are in place

Ensure the marketing materials content library is kept up to date to enable fast turnaround for updates and accurate materials lists
Delivery visibility and continuous improvement

Own visibility into delivery status, including timelines, approvals, and risks, keeping stakeholders informed

Track delivery performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve process workflows and execution

Education (minimum required): Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business

Certification in project coordination or marketing operations

Experience (minimum required): 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or a similar role inclusive of:

Comfortable operating as embedded delivery leadership, staying close to the work and driving follow-through

Thrives in fast-moving, approval-heavy environments where plans must evolve in real time

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain structured workflows

Clear, confident communicator with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Assertive and proactive in driving accountability, following up consistently, and influencing stakeholders to adopt processes and ways of working

Highly disciplined in enforcing workflow rigor and maintaining execution standards

Familiarity with marketing compliance processes in regulated industries is a plus

This role is not responsible for intake ownership, campaign strategy, or creative development. Success is measured by delivery discipline, follow-through, and execution quality

Salary Range:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00
The actual base salary for this position will depend on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in a discretionary variable incentive plan, results are subject to both individual and company performance.
