Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in commercial settings, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
- Organize and restock cleaning supplies and household items efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and feedback
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Requirements
- Proficiency in English; French, Uummarmiutun, and Gwichʼin language skills are a plus
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hospitality is required
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform laundry tasks accurately
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients professionally
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties efficiently throughout the shift

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
