Mahin Law Professional Corporation ("Mahin Law") is a small and rapidly growing Family Law firm in the Durham Region. We are looking for an experienced Family Law Lawyer to join our team!
The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience practicing Family Law in Ontario, Canada, and they will be able to carry their own files with minimal mentorship.

Our office is located in Pickering, Ontario, at Liverpool and highway 401.
This is a hybrid position where you will work from the office once per week and the rest of the time you can work from home (or the office, your choice). You must live in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada to apply for this position.
In terms of compensation, we offer a generous split-fee or commission compensation model as well as:

Mahin Law does not accept Legal Aid Certificates.
The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients, conducting research, drafting legal documents and pleadings, and representing clients in court and at counsel-assisted mediation. The candidate is expected to independently manage their own files with limited mentorship and guidance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Family Law in Ontario, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to think critically and analyze complex legal issues. We are looking for a highly motivated and independent individual who is committed to providing quality legal services to our clients. Client service is our top priority at Mahin Law.
