Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Subcontractor to provide cleaning and facilities maintenance services for various commercial properties. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and facilities upkeep, demonstrating professionalism and a strong work ethic. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work independently while delivering high-quality service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and light repairs
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure sanitation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces according to client specifications
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel or management
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation for traveling between job sites (if applicable)
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing ladders if necessary
- Must be punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct

Pay: $2,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
