If you've ever run a team, coached one, or been the parent who somehow ended up ordering the jerseys, this job will make sense to you fast.
TKO Jersey Co. makes custom uniforms, spirit wear, and team stores for sports organizations across Canada. We've outfitted 8,500+ teams, we hold 5-star ratings on both Google and Facebook, and we turn orders around in 3 weeks when the rest of the industry says 4 to 8. Our whole business is built on one idea: sports are rough, ordering jerseys shouldn't be.
We're hiring a Sports Sales and Account Coordinator to grow our roster of associations, clubs, and leagues, and to take great care of the ones already with us.
What you'll actually do
- Find and win new sports associations, clubs, leagues, and schools through outreach, referrals, and in-person visits
- Be the main contact for your accounts, from first conversation through design, ordering, production, and reorders
- Work with customers to understand their team's identity, then coordinate with our design team to get the artwork right
- Prepare quotes and proposals, and present TKO to boards and decision-makers
- Represent TKO at tournaments, trade shows, and community events (yes, you'll spend time at rinks and ballparks, on the clock)
- Keep every order on track so teams get their gear when they need it, not after the season opener
You'll fit here if you
- Know the minor sports world, as a volunteer, coach, player, or parent
- Like meeting new people and aren't afraid to start the conversation, cold calls included
- Care about how a team looks on the ice or the field, and enjoy the creative side of apparel and branding
- Can juggle multiple teams, deadlines, and design revisions without dropping any of them
- Take ownership of a relationship from first hello to fifth reorder
- Communicate clearly, stay organized, and want to keep learning
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for day trips across Ontario
- Occasional evenings and weekends for customer meetings, tournaments, and events
- Comfortable picking up new software
Nice to have: experience with a minor sports association, sales or customer service background, or time spent around custom apparel and promotional products.
What we offer
- Full-time permanent role with thorough onboarding and training
- Company-wide incentive program
- A small, collaborative team where your ideas actually get used
- Real room to grow as one of Canada's fastest-growing custom sports apparel companies keeps expanding
If you're the kind of person who notices when a team's jerseys look sharp, we'd love to hear from you.
