Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating hotel revenue through proactive sales efforts, maintaining strong client relationships, and working closely with hotel departments to exceed guest expectations and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive corporate and group sales to maximize revenue across Guest rooms and Meeting room space.
- Maintain and grow relationships with corporate accounts
- Prospect & develop new business cold calls, trade shows, client events
- Conduct client meetings, site tours, and attend trade shows to promote the hotel.
- Negotiate and close group bookings/contracts
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of CRM systems
Qualifications & Skills
· Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and time management skills
· Salesforce CRM proficiency preferred
Requirements
- Able to work independently or in a team.
- Able to move and walk, and stand continuously during work hours.
- Capability to complete repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift 25-30 kg.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
