Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on their health history and preferences.
- Utilize medical terminology to accurately document treatments and client progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures and address any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area and equipment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Massage Therapist license
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Ability to assess client needs and provide appropriate treatments
- Knowledge of various massage techniques and therapies
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- Familiarity with Janeapp
