The Corporation of the Municipality of Red Lake is seeking candidates for:
Summary of Position: This position is responsible for overseeing the procurement function and resource planning across the Municipality of Red Lake, while ensuring legislative compliance, streamlining operational workflows, and enhancing service delivery.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, contract administration, inventory management, and process improvement, preferably within a public sector environment.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to build collaborative and effective working relationships across all departments.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and contractual risks, and integrate risk management principles into procurement processes.
