LOCATION: Centennial Auto Sport & Tire - Charlottetown, PEI
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with rotating Saturday mornings, 8am to 12pm.
COMPENSATION: $17.50 - $21.00/ hour + benefits. To be negotiated based on experience.

JOB TASKS:
Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate parts for their powersports vehicles and equipment
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain inventory levels and organize parts display areas
Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and compatibility
Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policies
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery for repairs
Keep abreast of product updates, promotions, and industry trends
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department area
Adhere to all safety and security procedures in the workplace
