We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our evening operations team. This position is ideal for someone who works well independently, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
The successful candidate will assist with receiving, sorting, staging, picking orders, and preparing freight for daily delivery operations while helping maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Sort and stage packages by delivery routes
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
- Scan and label freight accurately
- Prepare outgoing shipments for next-day deliveries
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse duties as needed
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift experience is an asset but not required
