Speedway Motors is a high-volume, fast-growing used car dealership with strong walk-in traffic, marketing-generated leads, and a large inventory. With our Brampton location now open, we’re hiring sales professionals who want real income potential, not just a title.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Guide customers through the vehicle buying process
- Help clients choose vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
- Present vehicle features, history, warranties, and pricing clearly
- Conduct engaging test drives
- Work with lenders to structure deals
- Negotiate and close sales consistently
- Follow up with clients to build repeat and referral business
- Use CRM tools to manage leads and appointments
- Stay compliant with OMVIC and dealership processes

Requirements
- OMVIC Certification (required)
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Automotive sales or customer-facing experience (asset)
Compensation & Growth
- 100% commission-based (no cap)
- New hires often earn $60K–$90K
- Strong performers earn $100K–$250K+
